Chronic Pulmonary Hypertension is the state of increased blood pressure within the arteries of the lungs and right side of the heart. The symptoms of the Pulmonary Hypertension include swelling of legs, chest pain and shortness of breath. The risk factors for Chronic Pulmonary Hypertension include the family history, HIV/AIDS, sickle cell disease, prior blood clots in the lungs, etc.
